POSTPONED DUE TO SESSION IN ALBANY! CHECK BACK FOR NEW DATE!
Dear Chamber Members and Friends:
She served for 13 years as Manhattan District Director and Director of Special Projects for Congressman Jerrold Nadler. Since being elected to the Assembly in 2006, she has helped to pass more than 70 laws that have helped improve the lives of New Yorkers, including extension of orders of protection to companion animals, whose abuse often serves as a warning sign; prohibiting the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors; helping to make parks in our city rodent-free; allowing same-sex couples to adopt non-biological children together in New York State, as well as having sponsored over 38 pieces of legislation. It’s not a stretch to say that she is one of the hardest-working members of the State Assembly!
Please join us at our next Chamber Breakfast, where Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal will update us on all the important developments in Albany, and what the legislature is likely to take up when the session resumes in January. Interested in what legislation is coming down the Thruway in 2018? Don’t miss this Chamber Breakfast!
